Owls
Welcome to the Owls Class. My name is Mrs. Mayatt and I am the Class Teacher, supported by Mrs. Stratas, Mrs. Aplin, Mrs. Arnold and Mrs. Thake. We enjoy a range of topics in Year 1, including a visit to Dover Castle in History, learning about animal groups in Science, making fruit kebabs in DT, festivals from different religions in RE, ball skills and dance in PE alongside our exciting Maths and English foci.
We do PE on a Thursday and Friday, where we expect all children to be in full PE kit with no jewellery.

We enjoy the routine of Maths and English in the morning and our other subjects in the afternoon. Assembly is at 10am and lunch is at midday.
